I’ve been feeling quiet lately. These phases come and go periodically, and have done, for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it lasts a couple days, usually it’s a week or two. I feel at peace here, in the liminal space between realms. My feet don’t always need to be on the ground, to be in touch with reality. That’s why I love physical expression. It hasn’t been a straightforward process, far from it. The long, meandering journey of creating this resource changed me as a person, and completely transformed me as an artist.
